For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the z7game website accessible at z7game.bio and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account management features available thereon.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a z7game account and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal z7game account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's z7game account, including real-money deposits and any eligible bonus credits separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional awards granted to a Player by z7game under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and payment method verification, as required by z7game's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling platforms is expressly illegal under local law.

Access to z7game is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict, non-negotiable minimum. z7game maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.
• You are registering in your own name, using accurate and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of z7game or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or permanently banned from z7game under any account identity.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. z7game employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus activity on the duplicate account may be voided.

z7game reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including government-issued photo identification (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to supply requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z7game account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. z7game will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use any software, script, or automated tool to interact with your account or the Platform.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify z7game immediately via the support channels listed on the Platform. z7game shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred prior to notification, where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All financial transactions on z7game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Raast instant transfers.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. z7game does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which z7game bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:59 PM PKT on a business day are generally processed within the timeframe indicated for each payment method in the cashier. z7game reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for wagering constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate account closure.
• z7game is not responsible for deposits delayed or lost due to incorrect payment details entered by the Player.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements set out in Section 5.

z7game offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all z7game bonuses:

• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are held in a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet Wagering Requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, table games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
• z7game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect bonus progress already accumulated by a Player in good standing.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• z7game reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to artificially satisfy Wagering Requirements.

All casino games available on z7game — including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing arcade games, and crash games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by trained live dealers under real-time supervision. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the respective game providers and are available in the game information panels.

By participating in any game on z7game, you acknowledge that the outcome of each game round is determined by chance and that no strategy, system, or technique can guarantee a winning result. z7game provides games for entertainment purposes. Past results do not influence or predict future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including software errors, disconnections, or display errors — that affects the outcome or display of a game, the affected game round may be declared void and any stakes involved refunded to the Player's account balance. z7game's decision in such matters is final.

z7game's sports betting section — including PSL cricket betting, international Test and T20I cricket markets, and other sports — is governed by both these general Terms and the specific sports betting rules published in the betting section of the Platform.

z7game reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet or betting market at its discretion, including in circumstances where: there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; the relevant sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without conclusion; or a manifest odds error has occurred. A "manifest odds error" is defined as an odds price that is demonstrably and materially incorrect due to a human or technical error, and which no reasonable person in the position of the Player could have believed to represent a genuine market price.

Bets accepted and confirmed by the z7game system are binding on both the Player and the Platform, subject to the void circumstances described above. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be subject to in-play rules as published in the sports betting section.

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any identity, device, or IP address combination.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transactions through z7game that may be connected to criminal activity.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims against z7game in connection with deposits that have been used for wagering.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward z7game staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

z7game is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible at all times from the Player's account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

All content published on the z7game Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, page layouts, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of z7game or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of z7game.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7game, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if z7game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

z7game's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z7game does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability, and z7game will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

Either party may terminate the Player's z7game account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact z7game support and submit a formal account closure request. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

z7game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe, or for any other reason that z7game reasonably deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which z7game operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and z7game, the Player is encouraged to contact the z7game support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. z7game commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

z7game's decision on all gaming and betting disputes — including the voiding of game rounds, the cancellation of bets, and the application of bonus terms — shall be considered final and binding, subject only to a formal review request submitted within thirty (30) days of the original decision.

z7game reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Player rights, bonus structures, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — z7game will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered Player email address and/or a prominent in-platform notification.

Non-material amendments, such as clarifications, formatting updates, or corrections of typographical errors, may be implemented without prior notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force.

Your continued use of the z7game Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an account closure request as described in Section 12.
